Payment methods
Slikworld accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay, Visa Electron and Viabill.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK)
Slikworld uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.
Delivery time
When ordering before 15.00 on weekdays, we will ship your package the same day and you will typically receive your package the next day.
If you order on public holidays, your package will not be shipped until the next business day.
If you order for home delivery on Friday, you will not receive your package until Monday, due to home delivery not being possible on weekends.
Slikworld ships goods with the following: Postnord parcel shop and Postnord home delivery.
The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, there is no right of return on food purchased online, however, you can still cancel your purchase if the item has not been sent.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Complaints regarding. errors and defects must be notified to slikworld in a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, max. two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Slikworld covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not accepted if these are sent cash on delivery.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer file. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Slikworld, we need the following information:

- Telephone number
- E-mail address
We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you.
The personal information is registered with Slikworld and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and employees of Slikworld have access to the information recorded about you.
